I'm not sure how a player who didn't play since June would warrant a Finest card. But, if they think there is enough demand for him you never know what they will do.
I don't think Jazz should get a finest card either but the 30 win event reward seems to be degrom who only threw 60 innings so who even knows anymore

Harper was injured but got a '22 All Star card
Degrom has a' 22 Finest
Acuna had an All Star collection card last yearI can go on if you'd like...

Harper was voted in by the fans, he would have played if not for the injury, injury was june 25 only a couple weeks before,and he was a top player then.
Vlad jr had a pretty good season( yeah in comparison to what he did last year.....)
Acuna's AS card last year was a tribute card , cause that very easily could have been career ending.

on Jazz while backing up the above.By that logic Tatis Jr. should be getting a hell of a finest similar to Trea and Vlad last year? He would have had the best season ever if not for the "crabs".
