More home runs in this Event than the Moonshot

Online gameplay is so garbage it's not even funny. The attributes have gotten to the point where it doesn't matter who's at the plate. I got up to take a pee and my old lady who was sleeping hit 2 home runs while I was gone.
"I can't wait to try Bob Gibson"
4 home runs and 1 inning later....
"What's Bob selling for?"

Buddy lets his pitcher hit with 2 outs and men on 1st and 3rd and the game still lets him get a base hit against a fresh reliever.
Unbelievable how unrealistic this game has become.

We all know chicks dig the long ball. I'm just getting tired of playing 3 inning Event games where the final score looks like a great football game at the half.
14-13, 14-7, 12-9, 9-6
You get my drift. What's the point of 125 H/9 and 99 Clutch on a reliever if the programming is just going to take over and let the pitcher get a hit?

just yesterday i was in an RS game and i smoked a homer with Lou Brock that went above the ROOF of the Sportsman Park lolllll
i couldn't believe it and would never have expected that from ole Lou

They'll never make a game where everyone is happy. It's either power is to OP or there isn't enough power.
Case in point. There is another thread on here where the OP is saying that this game isn't built for low power hitters; yet this post is complaining about some hitters have to much power.

I just don't play online anymore, especially this late in the cycle. Everyone has a god squad and lots of middling players have moved on, leaving a much higher percentage of sharks in the water. Long live Conquest. And please do something -- ANY [censored] THING -- to franchise mode.

I just got a hit even though I swung so early it was almost in the red. Nobody on base. 2 outs. 2 strikes.
When I get men on 1st and 3rd with 1 out my good timed well squared up ball goes straight up in the air on the infield.
I'm just a monkey pressing buttons. The programming runs The Show.

I started that other thread. I wasn’t saying the game isn’t built for low power hitters, so much as the game just doesn’t really work. I know it’s “working as intended” but I think it’s clear that that means the gameplay will not favour input any more than it does now.
