XP Cap Hit ..... WT .. BEEEP

I realize there is a XP cap to prevent certain things and people who abuse the system etc or maybe a reason I am not stating but when a new program hits XP caps etc should reset.

I spent the last few hours late last night and this morning trying to finish the West Map and trying to squeeze rewards from the path in the process. Then the new program hits and I get the XP cap hit and I cannot do JACK F'ing BS for almost 8 hours.
