Paused for two minutes and quick pitch/slide stepped the final strike of the game the instant he unpaused.
I’m going to leave it at that.

This has become a thing, hey? Tryhard opponents seem to be trying this pause thing to get a fastball by. Weak imo. Locate your pitch? Sequence? Nah, I’ll just pause for a minute and ten seconds.

Faced a guy throwing Nolan Ryan who would throw a fastball. Pause. Throw a fastball. Pause.

Because you couldn’t possibly still be sitting fastball up and in after he pauses. SO dumb.

I faced quite a few guys this weekend that would get a runner on and the steal bunt towards the side covering….over and over and over.

They need to get rid of the pause or limit it drastically. Way too many pause abusers in this game. R2 is the only way to combat it and if you hold it while they spam pause then you lose it. Terrible move getting rid of R2 when pause is by far the bigger issue.

If they are sitting in the pause menu, wait about 30 seconds and pause the game yourself. Your timer won’t go down until they unpause
