I'd love to see more detail in RTTS. There should be more interviews during the season after you have a big game or go on a streak or even a slump. The relationships things with your teammates like '20 should be incorporated back into the game. Maybe have the equipment/gear you use be based on contracts earned and you earn extra xp for wearing it. You're contract with the team should matter more, at the least when you earn a big contract your home screen should be in a bigger home or condo instead of just in the locker room.
Also being able to grind and max out my player without having to play DD is something I'd like. So far I'm seeing my attributes capping at 50 still.

I agree with the interviews. One interview at the beginning of your MLB career and nothing else is not enough considering how important they are to the game of baseball.

The relationships with your teammates is still there, it just doesn't matter for a skill tree. It does increase attributes for both hitters and pitchers.

The only thing I don't like about the equipment is how you can't tell how much it helps your overall rating. Other than that, equipment gives a lot of extras.

Something should be done about the money issue like buying a house, car, or jewelry to wear during interviews could be fun. Right now there is no incentive with signing the big contract. It's already bad enough you can't really negotiate and since equipment isn't included in the OVR, you never get the 35M you should.

The current way is so you can use your player in DD. It's not to improve your player in DD. Your attributes capping at 50+archetypes and perks+equipment makes a pretty formidable player. A player fully maxed out would be way too OP for DD. You'd see every team on RS and events with a maxed out pitcher or catcher. Although it's nice to make you player the way you want, it would be better if you could see how good your player is overall.

I totally agree with the sponsorships!!! You can actually buy sponsorships in the Community Market but they're only used in Franchise Mode. I learned that the hard way when I wasted stubs on a sponsorship. I always thought your contract money should be connected with your stubs. Like say, for every million dollars, you get 10,000 stubs. And if you're making like 10 million per year, that's a whopping 100,000 stubs per year!!!!

Bring back the button that lets you toggle baserunning setting while in-game, less than zero idea about why that was removed.

Give every position at least one archetype that gets it to 99 overall--a lot of players couldn't care less about DD, but do care a lot about creating a 99 overall player. It is beyond insane that 2nd base has multiple archetypes that give 98 overall when the archetype is still gold, but center field can't get higher than 97 overall using any archetype in Show22.

To that end, if SDS insists on "balancing" CAPs for online play (and not just instituting an offline/online creator), I'd much rather have perks that significantly improve stats and equipment that only provides slight improvements, as opposed to what it was this year (perks barely boost stats while equipment boosts them a ton)--that way it still effects the in-game numbers equally, but makes RTTS feel more satisfying.

Beyond that, in no particular order: more commentary; a better batting stance creator / more stances; your own in-game baseball cards based on milestones reached would be sick; contracts mattering (even something as simple as what the early Madden games did, where you have a static image of an apartment/house that gets better the more you earn); would all be nice as well.
