All this being said, is there a better place to advertise leagues other than in the league Forum which seems to be dead? Looking for help with this.

Gl with that. Tried to run a league last year and could barely keep 5 playing let alone 15.

We play and use directional for 3 years with stat based sliders and we get great results.

Go recruit by jumping into random Co-op games. That is where you are going to find the directional players. Mind you, you will lose all the games when you end up teaming up with them.
