Why is extreme pull better than the others?

I read a couple of times extreme pull is the best compared to balance or extreme push but why? What’s the difference between them and why is extreme pull the most effective?

They rip the ball harder on pitches inside and down the middle. I shouldn’t share this but pitch on the outside corner and they don’t won’t be able to hit for power. I shouldn’t expose this but I think most people already know this

Pause the game like you’re going to make a substitution and it will say below their name. Plus the more you play the more you’ll remember.
