People still hate Barry Bonds for taking PEDS 20 years ago, and you wonder why after 3 years the Astros hate hasn't died?

People (and the MLB) continue to hate on Pete Rose since 1989!
Astros and their former players have quite some time left in getting booed around the league, especially in the other ALW parks!

Probably because they pretend like they earned the title. Not only are they cheaters but their ownership was so inept that the only way they could compete was to purposefully tank for the better part of a decade in order to horde high draft picks. And they still needed buzzers and and a trashcan to with the "piece of metal". And the racist insult the first basemen made about Yu Darvish didn't help. The key players from that team (2017 - 2019) are also really unlikeable people which also leads to the lingering hatred.
