Baserunners Not Running

On franchise mode my base runners are retreating back to the base on every ball in play playing on xbox series x. Anyone else having this issue?

If they aren't running, are they basestanders?

I've never seen this happen in 20, and I'm no MLB the show expert. It has to be a settings issue, since everything that is pooched in the offline modes is mainly due to the convoluted way SDS handles the settings.

What frustrates the heck out of me is trying to sac bunt with a runner on second. You get the bunt down and the runner goes back to second. ARRRRG!! You actually have to press the advance runner button to get the dork to do what he's supposed to.

Yup. I feel your pain. Along with them freezing in place if they get near a fielder making a play on a grounder
