Bring back the marketing aspect of franchise. It is SUPER boring how it is now. I've been playing since their first year and having to decide on promotions, merchandise, food and drink prices, ticket prices made franchise better. Once it was taken away, there wasn't much point to franchise. If they are going to do franchise---get it back to what it would be like to actually run a franchise

Franchise needs to put back in the marketing side of your franchise team, like it started as. Once they took the money part out, franchise got a little boring. I miss being able to set concession prices, ticket prices, merchandise prices and promotion days. Building your revenue was actually a fun part of it....sucks they took it all out.
Adding in cash would be AWESOME!!! since we all know the bank is utterly worthless and resets for some stupid reason to 5 million every season.
I get annoyed when the CPU bunts while I'm throwing a no-hitter
I think it would be super cool to be able to realign the leagues, make each league a single table, 2 divisions, or stick with 3, change the playoff formats etc.

What frustrates the heck out of me is trying to sac bunt with a runner on second. You get the bunt down and the runner goes back to second. ARRRRG!! You actually have to press the advance runner button to get the dork to do what he's supposed to.

They also didn't update the scheduling matrix. Starting in the 2023 season, every team plays every other team...no so in the game. It still has the division specific interleague schedule. Things 2023 hopefully get fixed.
I'm a 2-way SP/SS with Toronto. Bo Bichette is in Toronto, so I figured it would be hard to get called up. Went from AA to AAA just after the AA All-Star game. Spent 94 AB in AAA (near the end of August) and got called up to Toronto. Granted, I simmed most of my AAA time, but called up to Toronto with a little more than a month to go in the season.

The promotion engine in RTTS is trash. I have a 2-way player in the Blue Jays organization playing SP and SS. Yeah, being blocked at MLB level by Bo Bichette, but perhaps I'll be traded. Anyway. I'm batting .421 and just knocked my 20th home run and I just entered July. My pitcher is 12-0, 2 perfect games (yeah!) and just a tick under 200 strikeouts, zero walks a sun 0.50 ERA and a WHIP about the same. I usually strike out 14-17 batters a game...and you guessed it...I'm still stuck in AA. It would be nice if the game treated players a bit more like reality. A 2-way player with those stats in reality would have been in AAA or Toronto by now.

The huge suck thing is the 4th and 5th pitches that you lose reset the control, velocity and break settings back to 30. So annoying.
The only thing that changes in Franchise is they take things out. You used to have real marketing stuff like promotion give-aways, ticket and concession prices, old stadiums like Tiger Stadium, The Astrodome etc. All that is gone which makes franchise kind of boring now---probably why I've started and stopped 6-7 teams this year. After about the 2nd week of April games the fun wears off. Guess I'll stick to RTTS.
I would think in options gameplay mode-specific--try that
