How important are active quirks for you?
-
I feel like they are important because that along with inside edge is what makes LS cards so good. Finest, lightning and All star cards also have them. Still trying to decide which HR derby gatekeeper to buy. Soto has the quirks but Julio has everything else. Am I over thinking this?

Soto, Julio’s allstar card is better in center and has been killing RHP for me so far. The HRD Soto is miles better than his allstar on the other hand and then you can take the other players out of the stacked NL East pack

For hitters I don’t think I’ve ever looked into live quirks.. for me it’s more about the swing & if I’m able to hit tough pitches

The only one that truly matters to me is dead red, catcher pop time or breaking ball hitter.

Topps Now also have them.

I don’t really look for hitters. I feel at this point if a card is 90 and above you can still do damage with them. In a Br last night I had Mullins, Schwarber and Devers. I had them in a row which was silly he brought in a lefty in the 3rd to face them and hit 2B, HR, HR. Perks are nice but I don’t pay attention. Either I can hit with a card or I can’t. Now perks on pitching completely different

correct answer... get em both. Yes quirks play in quite a bit and a way for cards to play above their attirbutes. I forget the name of the quirk, but the one where the first pitch gives em a boost you can see how the PCI expand. Bryan Reynolds has it.
