Bad idea IMO. Sometimes these ultimate team modes try to do too much.

I'm surprised they haven't done this yet.
Like in FIFA, gold manager cards sell for like 3000=5000 coins.
I could see them adding a Diamond Billy Martin Yankees Manager card or similar.

I think manager cards could be a good idea, but I think that would have to slot in where you can get equipment as well because you don't want them to take away from the players, and I think it would be cool if they added buffs for having them like increased fieldig or hittingf stats.

Other games use the as a form of establishing team chemistry (fifa) or to give your team boosted stats (nba2k). Chemistry model wouldn’t fit due to lack of players, teams, nations...etc. but the boosted stats angle could work. Especially if they bring back old school managers. Something like Bobby Cox can give a pitching bonus, Joe Torre gives left handed hitters a power boost. Kinda like how rituals are used now but have them accurately reflect the way their teams played.

When you create your team, I don't know why they don't let us create a manager

A Sparky Anderson card should be able to move the fences in the pre-game options.
