How long do the inning programs usually last?

3-4 weeks. The timer said 27 days on Saturday, so 1st Inning should run until April 3rd.
You'll still be able to earn 1st Inning stars for any uncompleted collections, conquest, showdown, moments, etc afterwards. You just can't count dailies and online missions.
