You can use starters in a relief role.

ThanksYou can bring in any starter you want out of the bullpen whenever you want.
In your bullpen just click i think, R1 or R2. That will bring up the starting rotation screen.

Oh hahaha, sorry. Yeah, I thought you wanted to know how to get the card. Yep, starters can be used as relievers and vice versa.
