Can’t believe my luck, I’ve pulled 2 Tatis Jrs in my last 5 packs. So now I’m wondering whether to Cash out or finish SD to get Gwynn. My question to all the guys that have played previous versions (22 is my first year) does he get any other cards issued? I see he had a 99 sig card. Not sure if I should wait or what.
    Any advice appreciated

I would wager that he'll get an 97-99 eventually. As far as is he worth 200k stubs or whatever you sell Tatis for... not really. You can find better contact/speed guys out there for cheaper. But that 99 sig series was a glitchy one

He'll get his high 90s Variant at some point. Whether or not you should do the SD collection hinges on if you plan on doing the entire NL West(or more), or how close you are to specific collections.

What's your goal with collections? Gwynn will definitely get his high 90s card (most likely a 99) but if your goal is to collect the Live Series or any portion, definitely lock it in and sell the other Tatis. If you're not concerned with collections and just want to get the cards you like and build a great team, there are definitely better options than this version of Gwynn and you'll definitely have an opportunity to get Gwynn's 99.

Thanks guys. Stubs don’t come cheap. So based on this I think I’d rather sell both Tatis and use the proceeds for a Gwynn down the road…and maybe have some left over. Appreciate the insight!!

Gwynn is always an undervalued & underused card imo. He’s just a great all around player. Does everything great except hit for power however he does put one over the fence every now & then. I love him & don’t plan on taking him off my squad anytime soon.
