Service Level Agreements should be required in the gaming industry

SDS should be required to have SLAs with their customers. The fact that 5-10% of games go into freeze-offs is unacceptable. The only incentive is losing customers and since they're basically a baseball video game monopoly, the risk of that is low.

I have had 2-3 freeze offs in the last 3 years.
Keep making up numbers though. I'm sure CNN and Fox are both hiring.

If freeze offs were on SDS's end; why don't those games just end up as losses for both players?
I'm not 100% but I think freeze-offs occur because one person's ISP loses connection for a few seconds.
