Service Level Agreements should be required in the gaming industry

    SDS should be required to have SLAs with their customers. The fact that 5-10% of games go into freeze-offs is unacceptable. The only incentive is losing customers and since they're basically a baseball video game monopoly, the risk of that is low.

    So are you saying that we should set regulations on private company's on what they can an can't do.

    I have had 2-3 freeze offs in the last 3 years.

    Keep making up numbers though. I'm sure CNN and Fox are both hiring.

    If freeze offs were on SDS's end; why don't those games just end up as losses for both players?

    I'm not 100% but I think freeze-offs occur because one person's ISP loses connection for a few seconds.
