Precisely why I don't mind going back to 450. WS player loses 2 of 3 in the 400 ratings. I took off my WS banner. No one would even have a clue I made WS. Game plays SO bad most time for me I decided to take off my WS banner. Didn't want anyone to think they did anything special. I'm thinking of running VPN to out of country to see how it plays. I don't think it can play worse than yesterday.
It plays so bad most days I cut off my night early and watch Netflix. As much as I have harped on connections in the past, I think they are getting worse the last few years.
It's not that I'm "scared" to start at 700 and play all the next to server goons. It's that the game plays like dogshit and isn't fun.

Not really sure how I can upgrade from Google Fiber. Used to do the same thing with Spectrum Cable which was coaxial. I think it is more a product of getting matched with people and being so far from the servers.
Oh yea, happens with mobile hot spot and VPN too. That is a lot of connections that have the same result. Only constant is being so far from servers.

Reading from all your posts, seems to me you have a high number of hops either between your provider and you, or between your provider and the major servers.
If that's the case, sucks for you; not much you can do.
