Stealing bases online

Everytime I steal a base with Cobb or any high speed/steal player online in RS they dont slide to the right to avoid the tag . I know last year if you would hold down the right joystick or pressed it towards the right he would slide right . Now they just slide straight head in like dumbasses . Just wondering if they turned that off for this year or is it a game error . Or am I doing something wrong . Thanks

I think you have to hold L 1 and use the right stick.

I know u can do that while playing the CPU I didnt know I had to do it online but I'll try that! Thanks man

HAHA I love seeing online players try to figure out how to steal a base.......I know I had a joke about how many noobs its takes two screw a bulb but I'm too buzzed, Ive had too many Molsons Skippy would say.

At least elite runners no longer decide to randomly go in feet first when they would have been there head first
