My CAP Keeps Getting Swapped Out

I switched from 'The Duke' to 'The Anomaly' archetype because 60 something speed isn't good enough, but now, when I check my lineup in-game or the app, they sub me, a first baseman out for either Hank Aaron or Tony Gwynn! Always one of those two.
Does anyone know why this suddenly happens?

mine puts my highest rated bench player wherever my cap is everytime i put my console in rest mode or turn it off.. i dont rememeber noe but i think when the server goes out it does it also

I thought it had something to do with the latest patch. I’ve never had this happen. Then Friday it started for me. Keeps subbing in Kirk Gibson for my cap at ss.
