VRR on ps5 is only available if you have hdmi 2.1. It makes a difference.

TCL R646 is a great tv and great price it is what I have and works great. Check out the reviews is a great gaming tv. I used to play on monitors a lot but they are way to expensive for a good 4K one @mandrykm_PSN

Ya return it and get a 2.1 monitor. You were right to get a G7, just got the wrong G7 lol sorry that happened bro. My G7 was only 670 after taxes too and my bestbuy had it in stock. I hate having monitors shipped cause i dont trust the delivery process. At least when it gets shipped to bestbuy they handle it with more care cause they know what it is.

Yeah I got the 27 inch g7 the one that's curved.. from what I'm reading it's only 2.0 and the flat screen g7 os 2.1

If you can afford the extra $ I’d suggest the lg cx, c1 or c2. Rock with the tv that has multiple uses. I wouldn’t spend a ton of extra $ on a monitor for this game. I have a very expensive monitor and a lg cx and the game plays much better on the cx. Not to mention, you get the added benefit of a 55”, 65” etc…

I just looked this up. This is a great option for the price. One generation newer than the cx:

I just looked this up. This is a great option for the price. One generation newer than the cx:
Nice tv .. but looking more for a monitor for a gaming room already for a couple nice tvs lol

Just fyi, lots of people use the small one (48”) as a monitor. I’d look up the specs. I really don’t think you could buy a monitor better than that for that price.

Go monitor all day nowadays TVs are mor bang for th dollar. -
