I'm 99% sure I ran into a hacker

I'm not that type of guy to say when a guy is good that he's hacking. As a matter of fact, this guy was awful. He was so bad. But for some reason during the middle of the second inning my pci and pinpoint pitching was moving at like 2 frames per second while everything else moved smoothly. I went into the home menu, sticks were working fine, switched controllers, tried it in the playstation menu again, worked fine, and it game they just weren't working. Everything was delayed. To make matters worse he declined my friendly quit, and he had his created player pitching sidearm throwing 100 fb and 70 change ups. Like how tf am I supposed to hit anything when it's delayed and the pci is moving at like 2 frames. Somehow it was tied 1-1 in the bottom of the 10, no outs, first and third, and this guy tries bunting on 2 strikes, fouls it, and then the game freezes and I loose and the game summary shows he scored a run when he literally didn't. I don't know what to do. I save the game clip so I have all the evidence.

You just need to restart your system when your pci moves like that. It's happened to me a couple of times

Ha 1%, the percentage of the stadium that the A's wish they could fill when they literally have hundreds of fans (not thousands) going to watch their poverty franchise
