Can't use same player on multiple systems?

I am assuming each RTTS player is console specific? I don't see a way to download my cloud save on a different console. If so, what is the point of the cloud upload data save? Simply a second back up in case my PS4 explodes?

You have to upload the player to storage and turn on cloud storage on both consoles.

Sometimes you will get prompted to select data to overwrite. Use your cloud.

It is uploaded to the cloud. There is no option to "download" it. When going to RTTS on the console the player was NOT created on, it does not pull the one from the cloud. So your saying there is a "cloud" setting elsewhere? If so, where?
