A novel idea

How about we set out BR lineups before we begin finding a match!!
Every other game I get someone who wants to sit on the lineup screen and click away for 5 minutes. When this happens I always let them finish (because I'm a gentleman) and then I back out.

Oh. I thought you were going to share with us an idea for a novel. Disappointing.

In a perfect world, this would be the logical & courteous thing to do. However I also feel that in BR with the teams being drafted & using players you have not used yet or not used to using yet. That this creates trail & error with how a line up is formed. You may have someone hitting lead off & he is just not producing for you & now pre-game you need to move that guy in the line-up which can easily become now an entire line up change by moving 3 or 5 guys just with moving that 1 guy. Same goes with Events when you are 2 or 3 games in & can not change line-up until you get your 2 losses.
It's in Ranked where & when I get really annoyed when someone is going thru line up changes because that easily could have been done before entering the Que.

Or you change it on the main BR screen BEFORE you click Ready to start the matchmaking window.

It’s actually a great sign when you hear this entering a game. That is the one and done rage quitter who doesn’t take the time set a line up because he’ll be out soon. Most of the time at least.
The thing you don’t want to hear in BR is a guy scrolling down in the pitch let selection who’s starting a RP. That guy plays BR all the time lol.
