Why in the world would anyone rip a 15k/30k/75k bundle for a long shot to pull a 9k LS diamond?
SDS still doesn't understand that making only LS and headliners available in packs is a detriment to their attempt to make cash off microtransactions?
Add those 2 together along with the reason to pull/collect is to play RS but most people aren't since 400 innings is ludicrous really spells disaster to DD this year.
Why was there absolutely zero changes to RTTS this year?
Does anyone really play March to October?
Anyone know who was let go and/or who was added to The Show from a corporate standpoint that absolutely destroyed every aspect of this game?
Insert gif (You know you done f’d up don’t you?)

You know, before 21 the only way you’d get WS reward was to do just that; reach WS.
The inning requirement won’t change a thing.

Buying packs will always be a bad Idea, but people don't rip packs in attempt to get a Brandon Woodruff. They rip packs for the big fish. The inning requirement discussions need to go because they will undoubtedly lower it to 300 or even 250 innings. Innings is better than wins because it stops tanking for wins, which was far more of a problem than rage quits were, which have been there since this game offered online play.

400 innings of playing and not quitting as opposed to forcing you to win against top tier players once you reach that division if you ever do? I like it b/c it gives people a chance to experience a card that they want without purchasing it on an overpriced market.
RTTS has had changes and most are on the backend creating the foundation to setup what is in thier plans in the future. They spoke exstensively in pre launch video.
MTO is a great way for people to play a "shortened moments type season" and can then be carried over into Franchise. Allowing player to build thier favorite team the way they want.
As far as who was let go or not is irrelavant. There is still a plethora of talented staff in the studio. Card Art, Developers that actually played pro ball ect.

The reason SDS doesn’t put promo cards in packs is so people can get behind the idea of them being earned from grinding and playing vs spending.
I do think somebody at SDS was let go or is being ruled over by somebody else. It just doesn’t make sense to destroy so much fun content because they put out too good of cards during TA.
RTTS is one of the most embarrassing developments in gaming I’ve ever seen. It was better 10 years ago. It’s not that it’s bad, it’s that it’s bad and tied to online servers, it’s bad tied to online servers and the most valuable avenue for DD. It has cut scenes with Ken Griffey JR and Cliff Floyd that couldn’t be more boring or less engaging. 2k hires Spike Lee and Jay Z, these guys get a software program and Dale from accounting. Again, it was better 10 years ago.
MTO just another mode outside DD with more to offer for DD than DD.
Honestly this is probably the lowest score I’d ever give them, the gameplay in 18 was worse but that was the first year of “Extreme” so the content was some of my favourite. The bass don’t outweigh the goods this year.

But you could also make the stubs simply through gameplay to buy those rewards. With how they nerfed stubbs earnings I don't think they're going to see the result they expected. I spent over $600 on stubs last year, this year I won't give their stingy selves a penny over what I paid for the game. Replace Selves with A....S.....S......e....s
