Hey SDS I get no XP in franchise

Ok so I play franchise on both PS4 and PS5. For the most part I only hit because I am strapped for time. I started franchise on the PS5 and did the upload into the cloud. When I play on PS4 I "earn" XP in the game then when I'm done win or lose I get no rewards. Then when I go back to the PS5 I only earn if I play home run derby in franchise. This is the 1st time I have had this happen and it really is annoying. I have deleted and redownloaded on both, unlinked and linked my account yet nothing. This is really annoying since I can't progress in the game. Would be nice if this gets fixed.
