Is the lack of free sh*t this year causing everyone to be so volatile?.
I think Collin is just sitting back eating popcorn like "welcome to the thunder dome bitches"
Absolutely, while waving Ramones cigar smoke out of his face
I don't have a problem with Ramone like a lot of people who like to give him sh*t for doing his job (promoting the game), but isn't comms under his supervision? They need someone (if not him) to get on that. Horrible communications with the fan base.
Donât get me wrong I donât hate Ramone, but yea, could communicate with the fan base a bit better. Letâs be honest though, those of us who have been here awhile have just come to expect zero communication.
True; every year they mention it in pre-launch streams: we read your comments, we are aware... You know when there's a big bug or grief from the community they are working on it from experience, but for the newbies it's maddening. At least address the fact that next patch won't fix this or that, but the one after that or ASAP we will deploy a fix. But, crickets.
Donât get me wrong just because we have come to expect it doesnât make it right, it is just the way it is with SDS.

Pitching a foot and a half inside and itâs just foul foul foul foul. No fun, zero balance again, Iâd actually say this is worse than 18. In 18 the ball had to be within a few inches of the zone. I canât even punish guys for swings over a foot inside. And itâs not a 1 off, itâs 12 pitch at bats with 10 fouls.
The constant tweaks and changes to make online play fun for everyone has broken there game, and offline it might be the best itâs ever been.

Yeah, they probably get a good laugh at us debating the same stuff year after yearâŠ.maybe they can do something about it, besides sitting back and eating popcorn. Or how bout answering some of the questions weâve had?

The problem is yes, they need to communicate better with the community, but they need to be better at fixing stuff during the games cycle instead of over-correcting it in the next game. They probably do listen to the community, and unpopular opinion, maybe too much so. The gameplay in 22 is a direct result of complaints about pitching being too OP last year. They made it easier to hit, but nerf exit velocities so its not too easy. Just my 2 cents

The game will be tolerable come June/July as always, itâs not right but itâs what we got so what can we do?. My contribution is to not buy stubs until I do feel the game has been fixed, they will not finesse me this year, as much as I do want Moose.

Like I definitely understand and feel for people that feel like the gameplay is horrendous. But I'm still going to play until I feel that it isn't fun. It isn't bad enough to where I'm not going to buy the next game. It isn't bad enough for me to voice my unheard frustrations on a forum everyday until its fixed. It's fine if people feel that way and people sometimes think I'm defending SDS for purely tolerating the experience, but there are many more things to worry about

That is very true. Like figuring out how to pay $150.00 to fill up the truck with fuel every week and a half. Much more worrisome than a video game. Not being a smart aleck either

I have played long enough to just expect this, this year though I just look at the opening program and say âblahâ could care less if I finish this so I am just grinding at a basic pace, using my bronze, silver and few gold team to make it through to the next program. I am actually enjoying it more right now with my basic b*tch team lol.

But when youâre paid whether you communicate or not what does it matter?. I am a civil servant and whether I do my job or not I still get paid and never feel any consequences for not doing my job so I know how Ramone feels lol

I actually think giving less content out for doing nothing is a good thing. The point of DD used to be to find the best guys that worked for you and work towards that team. In 20 and 21 you just had to sort through your lineup because you had every card. What's the point of having choice packs if you aren't really forced to make a choice and have all of them anyway?

It's fine if people feel that way and people sometimes think I'm defending SDS for purely tolerating the experience, but there are many more things to worry about
I have played long enough to just expect this, this year though I just look at the opening program and say âblahâ could care less if I finish this so I am just grinding at a basic pace, using my bronze, silver and few gold team to make it through to the next program. I am actually enjoying it more right now with my basic b*tch team lol.
I will forever remember the AS team affinity from â21, literally ended the game last year.

You just canât release end game cards mid way through a games life cycle, it would have never been a problem if they didnât have 100+ attributes IMO.

Edit: or maybe a tad over 100 would be fine, but they released cards that were 125 lol.

Oh yeah, last year the content was never ending, and as soon as I'd finish a grind "X" with "Y" player, there was another one to do. Never played with "my team", and with some of the Topps or POTM, the SS or Finest were useless, uninteresting or plain redundant.

Now that you mention it... @Kovz88_PSN has 88 in his usertag which might indicate his year of birth. My year of birth also happens to be 1988. Coincidence or full blown TSN conspiracy? Exclusive coverage with Sean Hannity tonight on Fox.
