My son is autistic and never thought I'd get to share my passion for the game with him; made my peace with it.
Just enrolled him in a league for special kids today. Will be able to share with him starting in June. Man, I'm humming take me out to the ball game and tearing up.
This is the most poetic of all games; prove me wrong lol

Joy leagues are awesome...I saw one where a Down syndrome kid hit a homer to "win" the game...it was so cool
