    Played thru the nations conquest map and later noticed it did not give me the 79 Curtis Granderson Rookie reward card. Put in a ticket yesterday. Heard back from "Lawrence" the same day requesting my screen name (which I forgot to put in my email). Today the card is in my inventory! THX Lawrence!!!!

    Yes, they put back my stubbs 4 days after launch day. I was pleasantly surprised .

    Now ask them to give you the 150k stubs they shorted you or give you a refund. Not the best response. Never another dime beyond the base game again.

    While issues like this should be fixed immediately, the ones that ask for a silver granderson back don't have to be looked through to weed out the fake ones. For as many people that have lost over 100k stubs or a Trout/Acuna, I'm fairly certain there are just as many or more that get sent in asking for those cards that aren't real

    Maybe they can just give me my Championship game rewards and I never have to touch mini seasons again. Right now I'm stuck in the championship series with the unhandled server exception. Extremely frustrated with all that wasted time.

Next time you go into your local grocery store and have a bill of $125 and they charge you $225 and tell you there's nothing they will do for you, let's see how chummy and understanding you are. Ridiculous!

    Glad you got it. I lost conquest Weaver the same way on day 1 and still didn't get a response. I'll probably try again.

    I would think $100 real money for a video game is more important than an unsellable silver card that can very easily be placed in someone's inventory. Neither should happen but I would think priority would be getting your customer their stubs or their real money back. This is a never-ending trend for SDS though they are just incompetent year in and year out with little tweaks and a reskin of a game but I can't complain because I buy it every year because they have no competition.

    Whats even funnier is that the ticket still had my profile user picture from 2015. I used it here on the forums.

    Interesting. I have had a ticket in for over 10 days. 1st response took over a week and said they put my stubs back. They didn’t. No response on my immediate response.

    Same thing happened to me. Probably a cut and paste response that was sent to everyone. I replied to that message saying my item still wasn’t there but I won’t hold my breath on a response.
