My pitchers can throw to 2 batters and then they can't do anything. Starters can maybe last an inning. My relief pitchers can't even face the 3 minimum before tiring. Guess I need to buy some more starters and relievers.

This is something I’ve really wanted to see in real life. I don’t know how much MLB thought about pitchers health when making the new rule, but I’d bet a lot of managers are going to have the same complaint you do right now. What happens if, for example, a pitcher who’s used to throwing 5-10 pitches per appearance has a couple really long at bats and is facing his 3rd batter already having throw like 20 pitches. It’s something I’ve become sensitive too playing the show and it really makes me wish there was real baseball

Dude, events are 3 innings, if a real life pitcher can’t pitch for 20-25 pitches every 2-3 days (that is if he enters an inning with no outs), he doesn’t deserve a job. There were always relief specialists, but the last 5 years have been getting grotesque. 5-10 pitches?? That’s laughable for a PRO ATHLETE

Yeah this is a legitimate gripe. If relievers need to get through 3 batters, at least give them the energy to do it effectively. Dudes are in the yellow or red two batters deep right now, which means bigger PCIs and higher exit velos for your opponent.

So true story here.
I played a lot of event games yesterday. One game I brought in Osuna who had the full energy in the event. 1st batter he swings and first pitch and flys out. 3rd pitch of 2nd batter I get he's getting tired. He threw 3 pitches before getting tired. As soon as my relievers get that tired the next pitch always seems to be an automatic hit followed by hangers or that inability to hit the strike zone. Ended up on a 11-2 event run as I started to replace my reliever immediately on getting this sign and/or usually giving up a run.
Not a complaint here as so much something that is needing to be addressed at some point. Pticher's energy is whacked out from the events to the 3 man starting rotation. Both of these need to be addressed.

I feel starters should get 20-25ish pitches before yellow and relievers 10-15 before yellow as a base and adj from there based on stamina attributes.
