Its better than the Extra Innings though which it replaced. At least there is rewards like cards and packs.

That's the thing man.... I'm just doing veteran first time through LOL. No way these CPU players are on veteran. By no means was it a struggle to win, but its kinda obvious to me.
All that being said I just finished the regular season and my first playoff game was against a team who had a bunch of live series cardinals and I quit LOL.

Playing against the CPU is different this year. Not like last year where half the pitches are directly down the middle. I walk a lot now where it was almost impossible on lower difficulties. Most of my batters have better averages online then offline so far.

Yeah, no doubt. But playing CPU in conquest on Veteran is not the same. These guys are laying off pitches that are inches off the plate. Driving balls in the gap , dropping bombs. Making diving plays. you get the point.

Why did you quit against Live Series Cardinals? Because of the supercharged thing?
Yeah, I've definitely noticed offline is far more challenging them last year.

Why did you quit against Live Series Cardinals? Because of the supercharged thing?

I quit after I had to come back from down 2-0... tied it up and then they hit a go ahead 2 run HR in the top of the 4th. That mode is definitely juiced.
It was the first game of a best of 5 series so i said F it

Well after playing through hours of conquest and playing on veteran grinding stuff out it sure seems like it to me......
but to each their own

Yeah but in conquest the lineups have alot of bronze and silvers, miniseasons are all gold with a dia or 2 and 2 super teams.
My impression is that mini seasons is conquest without the territories and better teams -

Disagree.....I have completed the live series collection, I have almost every high end card in the game. My team is juiced. I played mostly offline so far this year and there's DEFINITELY a difference from last year. I am using 99 Randy Johnson and the CPU is making contact on 100 mph fastballs on the black that they never would have touched in the past. Not on veteran for sure.... I'm hitting balls on the button with guys with 103 power that are warning track shots that should be long gone.
Offline is harder than online this year.

The sliders are off in Mini Seasons. That “HRs with AS” mission lmao. Wow.
I got them every now and then, but I played conquest with the same Cards and I had more in one game than I did in about 10 games in Mini Season. Which was only 6, but after a few more games it was pretty obvious. Castro, Ruth, even Young, doesn’t matter, same difficulty, same game, they can’t stop hitting homeruns in conquest. My Young went from batting .107 the lowest I’ve ever had on any card, to over .300 after 15 games of conquest or however many were on the first one they put out after release.
Then there’s the CPU hitting. 90 overall FOTF guys can’t get out of the first without having a a crooked number put up and my 90 over Clase got taken deep on his first 100 mph cutter on the black, that just made me laugh, I thought I finally had the card to get me my Flashback Ks but nope.
After the season My FOTF Stroman is 8-0 with a +7 era against the CPU on AS and Clase has a 4-1 record with a +4 era. I legit had to play on Vet through plays offs to get the 60ks with flashbacks or legends and they pitched about 80-85% of the time.
Across the board I feel like I’ve been nerfed, sometimes, even when I win I lose lmao.

My biggest issue with mini seasons is the team balance. I had a team full of silvers and a couple of gold and play against teams with all the collections done.
