why is reliever energy zapped after 3 frigging pitches?

It was a big complaint by the community that pitchers could last so long in Ranked Seasons without getting tired (150 IP), however I dont like that they changed the 3 inning games also. I would have been fine with their stamina staying the same from last years game for those types of games (Events and Battle Royale)
So wasn’t the stamina issue specific to pinpoint? Those using pinpoint could literally go +100 pitches and still have green energy. I use meter and last year hadn’t noticed a difference with stamina from other years, but like everyone is saying, SP lose it at like 18 pitches, and closers at like 5-6.
Anyone test pinpoint AND meter and see if stamina impact is actually the same (i.e. terrible)?

I use pulse and it's definitely affected it.

I brought in the new 90 Wagner in a Mini Seasons game and he was tired after 1 pitch. Literally the first time I ever used him after buying the card.... smh....

I hope you are right on this. That option has been in the menu for years and never served a purpose.

I threw 1 pitch with FoftF Chapman and he got tired lol (he was warmed up too)

Relief pitchers should have their normal stamina in 3 inning games. It makes sense to have the starter’s stamina deplete quicker than normal, but relief pitchers typically only pitch one inning in real life, so I don’t see the point in theirs running out at an accelerated pace. I think the reality is that it’s probably too difficult, or could cause too many other related issues, to make that distinction, so all the pitchers have to suffer.

I don't understand why people keep complaining about this. Especially against the CPU it makes things much better.

The 3 inning games are unacceptable. I throw 3 pitches and my reliever has no stamina.
What's funnier is before when they started getting tired before they still had enough gas to get another out or maybe 2, but in this iteration, "getting tired" may as well just be "out of energy."
This series has been running on the same exact engine/setup for multiple years so I don't understand all the constant bugs and issues with every release, aside from the server problems.

yeah, if they are not warmed up at all or have only thrown acouple of pitches before you put them in the game you can't use them. I rather know that then having yr ace pitcher be blown out of game without knowing why like previous games. I want to know when my players(cards) are not performing well and reason for it.

I don’t have a problem with the relievers stamina depleting like it currently is in 3 inning games. IMO, It makes it more challenging and somewhat more realistic.
