Progression Question

Not really a question on getting called up. It seems my OVL progression number gain is very slow for gains. I've played every game, starting at 54, in AA & AAA. I'm sitting at 65 but it hasn't moved since Aug 1st. I'm late Sep and OVL hasn't moved. The player above me is 78, so I have a ways to go. Just wondering if I'm missing something.

you have to finish your archetype programs to upgrade to the next level (bronze to silver, silver to gold and gold to platinum) These will be your biggest upgrades along with adding new perks. Base stats increase are slow and I believe maxout at 50.
tho there is a bug where you never receive your upgraded archetype after completing one (in my case I didn't receive my Gold Archetype) -
You should have gotten to gold by now. I'm just finishing up silver and am at 70 at the end of the AA allstar game. Are you equipping your attributes and perks?

I just did and it moved me to 69 OVL. My concern is playing every game, 3rd base and best in AAA, my OVL hadn't moved in 1.5 months. I was stuck at 65. Maybe year 2 will be better:)
