SDS response to my email posted here

I bought a few $99.99 bundles for 150k stubs on release night. I was shorted 150k stubs, so 1 bundle of stubs yet I was charged the $99.99. I just jumpstart my collection by spending it all in packs. It's kinda fun and the last time I will ever purchase anything from SDS besides the base game. I filled out a support request ticket and 4 or 5 days later here is their response. So according to SDS if you buy stubs through their game and you get charged for the stubs but never receive them, there is nothing they will do for you. They won't add the stubs to your inventory. They just send you to Sony customer service. Shame on me for spending money on a product that fails every year with server issues. If you don't see me in here anymore 8ts be ause they banned me. SDS tends to ban people that tell the truth around here.

Don’t feel bad ea sports does the same thing. They just pass the buck. I purchased credits on nhl22 for Xbox and got the same generic response. Xbox of course redirected me back to ea. I just disputed charge with credit card company and charge was eventually reversed. Good luck to you.
