For SDS: The Twitch Drops problem (again)!!

I didn't get any Twitch Drops last year. On my Twitch account it says it's linked to Playstation, but TheShow.com account doesn't show it's linked to Twitch. (I thought that was the key - the Twitch account lined to PS, but I didn't get the drops this week.) If I try to change my password or create a new Show.com account, it says my username is in use, so that seems to be out.
So a question: If my Twitch account shows it's linked to Playstation, but my Show account doesn't (that part is grayed out), the problem is the Show account needs to be linked, right? And how do I fix my Show account if the link line is grayed out? Is it a new password (which I can't seem to change since I never get a link code in my email)?

I'm still hopeful this can be fixed. Can someone from SDS please answer here or PM me. I'd cook you guys dinner if I lived in San Diego, which I understand is America's Finest City. (Been there a couple of times. It is very very nice.) I'd hoped this would be fixed before the season started. Can we please get this worked out? This old guy would be so very grateful. Thanks. -

You have to have a show account and your ps5 and twitch linked to your show account. I had this issue last year.

Well, maybe I did something right after all. I just signed in to Twitch and it said I could claim drops from the last stream if I claimed them by 4:20 UTC today. (I think we're past that.) Well, at least I know where to go now. I thought it was automatic like it used to be.

Nice! They did change the drops, you can't just leave the stream on and collect them.

Well, I have both. But I didn't realize until now that you needed to have the PS5 and Twitch linked and that the notifications for the drops were on Twitch first. So hopefully, it's all worked out now.
So if you're having a problem, the PS account and Twitch need to be linked. And the usernames need to be the same for both. (My Twitch name was different until a couple of days ago.)

Your usernames don’t need to be the same, at least, mine aren’t and I get my drops (my names are close, but not the same).
