Go into the stub store, let it take you into the psn store then back out.

Still haven’t received anything. I tried every possible troubleshoot but I ended up having to submit a ticket as I haven’t received any of the packs, stubs or bat skin.

Suggest you guys file a support ticket. I've seen some people have gotten theirs after not getting them initially. In my case, I played the PS4 version first and no bonues, then switched to the PS5 and there they were.
