    I disagree.
    Pinpoint completely eliminates control per/9's.
    If you master it, you can turn a strike throwing train wreck like Hector Nerris into Greg Maddux.
    It's totally unrealistic for a game that is supposed to balance player input and card attributes.

    17 was my favorite. I feel like as the game got more popular along with online play, they’ve implemented stuff to give players a fighting chance against a better opponent. Sure, the better player will likely win, but not without having to play against the coding that’s trying it’s hardest to keep the other opponent in the game. All the other Ultimate Team modes are the same way, it’s just how online gaming is. It’s called retaining players in the gaming business.

    Yep I have read up on that and its exactly what is happening in this game on a daily basis. Daily moments to earn a reward etc. Everyone should read up on that so they know its a real thing.

    ‘20 was by far my favorite iteration of this game.

    ‘19 & ‘21 favored power hitters way too much. ‘20 was the year of the contact hitter. Tony Gwynn and Ichiro were as awesome to play with as they deserved to be. I’ve never been a fan of the Immortal Gallo mentality…it’s just not my style of play and it’s not the game I want to watch irl either.
