    Hey @Ericulous1_PSN

I have not used meter in over 2 years now but if mechanics didn’t change this must be how it works:

1- The further away the bar goes from the yellow line determines pitch speed and break, closest being the lowest and further being the highest.

    2- Correct

    3- Refer to no. 1

Hahahaha, I like this. Very simple.

@EvylShaun_PSN thanks for chiming in, I pretty consistent with the meter but was noticing my velocity wasn't maxing, this definitely helps.

Hey @arvcpa , I'll see your PPP questions and raise you a newbie plea for help with Meter.

I was an exclusive Meter guy until I started DD in 2020. Then I learned Pure Analog.

JOIN ME IN PPP. COME TO THE DARK SIDE.

My expert pitching tip. Stand there and do nothing for about 10 seconds. The cpu will throw the ball for you. Pretty much guaranteed a fastball near the middle for a strike. Works almost all the time.

Meter pitching relies heavily on a smooth connection with minimal lag. Switch to Analog or PP. Meter is like the kicking meter on madden.

I been using Meter since 2017

What I learned you never want to have a perfect pitch it normally gets crushed.
Depending on the pitcher and the different pitches you can manipulate the pitches where they go.
The further you go to the red the more speed you get but the less control you get
If you are early on the yellow pitcher throws high if you are late they throw low so if you want it in the dirt you can aim bottom of the zone but release late. if you are to late releasing on a slider or a curve or other pitches and aiming outside you will go way outside.
i usually release just early or late, at the edges of the yellow. That depends on the pitcher I am using.
I believe the less control a pitcher has the faster the meter goes

I am pretty good at pitching but suck at hitting online

He'll probably answer this better than me, but here is how I use it. Obviously, the longer you hold down the pitch, the harder you throw it. You can hold down the button and release it when it reaches the spot you want and then you have to time the release with a second click of the same button you used to start the pitch (or just x after you release the desired pitch button at your point). Unfortunately, you cannot really control break all that much other than release points and it's mostly RNG based, so you will see a lot more floaters hang than using PPP. Hope that helps.

Also, you can use a three click approach as well, what I explained above was the 3 click.

I do not hold down, I press x meter goes then press x again when you want to release

You differently can control the break. You only get hangers if you do not release and manipulate the pitchers pitches.
