Player Speed Metric

So I'm wondering if anyone knows how SDS rates speed? Because sometimes even 99 speed guys feel slow. Perfect example I was playing a guy with Finest Trea Turner I had Mike Piazza catching dude got a Perfect jump and yet I still threw him out and on replay it wasn't really a close play. Like I'm sorry but IRL Piazza wouldn't catch Turner stealing (I grew up watching him and his stats are reasonably accurate) but also guys like Mookie Betts should be way faster than what they give not 99 but mid to high 80's if not lower 90's. Unpopular opinion they hose Cody Bellinger on speed every year. Granted he wasn't great in 21 but the man has a freak lower body injury that couldn't have been pleasant to run on the year coupled with his body trying to compensate and injuring other parts of his body yes his speed was accurate but his MVP/Finest he was in the top 70 players which is going based off the 26 man roster was in the top 9% of players like that rates at least 88 speed. His stealing is accurate. But what are your thoughts I feel they hose a lot of guys on speed

I want to know the same. I wish the metric was watching actual baseball footage lol. That would resolve a lot of these problems. No way Mookie Betts and Tim Anderson should be below 80 in speed.
Another one that is hit or miss badly is arm strength. Remember Betts had an average arm in the game, then made a throw from the right field wall to 3rd base in the air which caused them to boost his arm by like 20 the next roster update. Shouldn’t take that
