New patch:

Played 2 ranked games now under the new patch. Regardless of what the highlights of the patch are, here’s what I’ve noticed:

For context the two people I’ve played are below me in rating:

Pitches can’t locate with a slight miss.
They are now gods at the game.
The game isn’t even the same game I was playing last night.
My stats keep dropping.
I’m terrible, I think.

Ha! Ouch.

Yeah, ranked is really tough for me right now. In previous years, once the season got going, at the lower levels you were going to occasionally get an easy game.

This year, even the weaker opponents all have great cards by now, and there seem to be no easy games.

Even if you are dominating your opponent, you’re only a walk/error/dribbler away from a two run blast at all times.

Just like the previous patch where they said they adjusted pitching accuracy.....nothing but lies.

That’s a lie. Trust me. They made it worse. I’ve lined out about 20 times each game the last two games and my opponent is getting perfect mistake meter misses for [censored] swing homers

Here’s the thing a player that early swing flails at every pitch and then 0-2 get a ball LOBBED DOWN THE MIDDLE. That’s a gameplay problem. A serious horrible gameplay problem.
