Events should really be modified in 22

The idea of events is great, short games with fun lineup handicaps to keep it balanced and interesting and a great chance to earn rewards.
However, setting a lineup at this point in the game is brutal. Nobody actually wants to spend 5 mins going through all their cards to put the right cards in at the desired positions and then set a batting lineup on top of all that each time they enter the event. There should be an option to save the lineup after making it the first time.
The counter argument is that people could use live series cards that will change tiers on roster update days. But does this really matter? I doubt many people will go out of their way to set an event lineup with a live series card that will go up +2 overall, that wouldn't make much of a difference.
Obviously there are bigger issues that should be addressed first and this likely won't be implemented in 22 since they're behind again but it would be a big QOL update.

Compromise: make all Events begin and end every Roster Update Day.

Just an assumption. We'd usually hear who the cover athlete is and start pre-ordering in early November/late October. It's now almost January and we still don't have a clue as to who the cover guy is. My guess is that it's gonna be revealed late January/early February and the game won't release until mid-April again.

Or save the lineup but upon re-entry you still have to confirm it. That way if one card changes tiers and becomes ineligible for the event, or you decide one or two players didn’t work out the last time, or maybe you just earned a new card between entries, you’ll have the same lineup (minus any newly ineligible cards) already set and all you have to do is replace those one or two cards instead of reselecting all of them.
