Is rng per at bat or by game. Some games when I square ball its nuked. Then next game same squaring up ball is dead.

RNG is always. That's the point. It's random.

It's like the gamblers fallacy. If you bet red 10 times in a row and it's landed black 10 times in a row, there's still a 50/50 chance next bet. Your odds haven't increased because of previous outcomes.

Well, technically, home runs dramatically lower pitcher confidence, which is part of the RNG formula, so while it's not by game, the odds do increase in those next at-bats after the home run.

I did notice something after playing this last conquest map after dedicating some time to playing ranked. The size of the PCI absolutely plays a role in what hits we see. Bigger PCI generally, also, leads to more RNG, but it also gives a wider variety of hit types, in my opinion. Smaller PCIs in online play could also be why we see so muhc home run or bust. While a bigger PCI in conquest games does lead to some outs that make you shake your head, it also leads to a more realistic game play, in my mind, because it offers more different types of hits.

Does a bigger pci lead to more realistic gameplay? Because it leads to dramatically less strikeouts and more foul balls

Fair point. It does lead to more varied hit types, for sure, though. It's not simply home run or bust.

Seems like every game I play I’ll be ahead in going to bottom of 7th or 9th and then someone who has not hit a thing all game and swung at every pitch basically is hitting sinkers out of the dirt for hits. Meanwhile I swing under a high sinker and ground into double plays? They have definitely cranked up the RNG. It is what it is I guess
