I play a SS in RTTS. Every infield shift, left or right, I am stuck standing in my normal position, and I cannot move pre pitch to get in position for the shift.
Without fail, 90% of the time, the batter puts a ground balls directly where I should/would be.

This is stupid and frustrating and I, and others, would very much appreciate it if you could patch this and make it either shift us correctly, or, allow us more time and freedom to move pre pitch into position manually.

Apparently this has been an issue for years that they still haven't fixed. I Googled the issue and it's been going on since at least 2013

That's super weird because in player-lock MTO that hasn't happened to me once.

Wait, in RTTS you can't manually set up shifts for your team before the opponents bats? I have no idea, I only play Franchise not these other fluff modes.

Nope. You can't set them manually.
I'm playing for the Mariners and Oakland seems to have three or four batters that get an if shift towards first.
Every freaking time, it's a hit up the middle, where I as a SS should be.
It's almost always either back to the pitcher, or into the outfield but it's always a ground ball up the middle.

Super frustrating when playing for a bad team, and this happens 3 or 4 time a game VS a division opponent.
