CARD(S) DISAPPEARED FROM INVENTORY- HELP!

Just completed the 9th inning Program(lvl27) and picked from Gange, Bench and Ruth. Of course I grabbed Ruth for obvious reasons. I start on my Finest challenges. Go back to Diamond Dynasty to finally give Babe a few swings and he’s gone????!?! I’ve restarted, signed out.. nothing is working. I see that it’s happened before with some guys on Reddit, but there wasn’t really and solid answer other than come here. I double checked to see if maybe I was in the twilight zone and I grabbed Gange or Bench. I don’t have either and I only have about 60k in Stubbs so I know I didn’t sell it, “accidentally”.
Anyone know why it happens? Will it come back and what I can do? I was super excited to grab that card and I didn’t even get to try him out

Its "Gagne". But to the point. Just restart the app and see if he is there. If not send in a ticket to support. They can see everything you did recently and fix it for you. Just go here if you need to.

You can also look in your Open Pack History on the Inventory page to make sure your Ruth pick is there.
