Hate to say it

Griffey is great, but is he really so important that if you don't have this one player, you're not going to want to play anymore? The fact is, he's coming whether he is a Boss, a collection reward or whatever. They are obviously saving him and Trout for the Main event. I love Griffey but I seriously don't understand this crazy obsession people have with him being in the game when we have several players just as good in the game (not irl).
Pujols is by far my favorite player and and his 97 is akin to Griffey's 95. But I'm not gonna stop playing if they don't release a 99 Pujols though I would be disappointed. It's just 1 card. Look at all the other insanely good cards available.

I guess I just don't understand why....based solely on the number of times you post on here, it seems like you are pretty into the game. I wish I still had all that content to do. I am literally about to finish the umbrella conquest and will already be at 250k xp for the 9th inning with nothing offline to do but run it back for 139th time. If it's no fun, by all means, find another game, but it seems like you've been enjoying yourself.

How did you get to 250K already? I JUST broke 100K.

Extra innings missions 17.5k xpSo that's 187.5k right there.
I also gained about 50k xp in gameplay and daily missions. I'm actually at 240k, I over estimated before. And I have still never even made it to half the 60k cap in a day.

I was gonna be calling it quits in a week or so, but then the new FF14 expansion got delayed until next month so you guys get to have me around for a little longer. Lucky you! lol

I mean, of course I get it. I'm sure he's insane, 5 tools maxed out everything with speed and defense. Trust me, I definitely want Griffey. It's just funny, we know we're going to get him and in the meantime there are many cards that play very similar. And I was commenting mostly on the "I'll quit if we don't get Griffey next."

I am in no rush to line out into the shift, Jr. is great, but as you said there are a ton of options.

He's the ONLY card that I'm waiting on.
I think I'm getting burnt out trying to catch up in all that I missed and he would be the ONLY reason I would have to keep playing.
Don't get me wrong, this isn't a 'quit because the game sucks' post. It's just that doing all these Moments are starting to get tiring and now that I've completed the LS Collection; opening packs seems like a.chore.
Guess we'll see what happens this upcoming Friday.
Imagine literally choosing to play a game so much and then posting about how burnt out you are? No ones forcing you to play man, take a break and move along…no need to be dramatic
