Do I suck more than usual or is hitting different?

Generally a pretty good hitter. 350 AS and 280 HF. For whatever reason for the last week or so I suck [censored]. Late on everything, timing and PCI is all off. Could very well be I have played this game way to much and need a break, however wondering if it feels different for the masses.

Timing windows have been really bad since TA2 dropped IMO, it’s the game, not you.

I am not a great hitter by any means, but had gotten better. Also had kind of adjusted to the PCI sensitivity from Update 17, but over the past few days (maybe week) I can't hit anything. I am getting blown away by everything...especially outlier, but really I am late on everything. In turn my PCI has been off, but I think that has been because I am trying so hard to not be late.
I know I suck and don't need others telling me I do, but there is no question that something is different in my experience. I can know pitch and location and swing when it leaves the hand and I am still very late. It has not always been like that for me. I know some people say it can have something to do with distance between opponents and with fewer people playing, there is a greater distance in many games. I do know that most of the year the team names I faced seemed very regional, but now I am facing team names from coast to coast. I play a lot of games at home and it seems like I have more of an issue when I am the home team. That doesn't make sense to me, but seems to be the case.

Either the game changed, or all these insane pitching cards are just super OP.
This is also the time of year most people quit, so the competition is much better. In any event, I made HD space for the new COD, it's been a lot of fun so far. An occasional connection issue, but the game gives real time ping and packet loss data during the game, so it's very easy to see what the issue is (or isn't). Good luck the rest of the year, I don't see them fixing anything else, but as more or us move on for the year, the servers should improve a bit.

PCI placement is super sensitive and jumps all over the place.
