Almost impossible to finish Live Series collection now

Did SDS just give out Trout cards in the last two weeks?
Funny. Hadn’t pulled a Trout all year and last week I had 2 x High 90 Live Series packs and pulled an Acuna Jr. and yup, Trout!

Just don't worry about it, keep playing the game, opening your packs, and just having fun. I pulled my Diaz from just a regular show pack and finished my entire collection about a week ago. Trust me, you can finish the entire collection. It wouldn't be a challenge if they just gave it to you, which they pretty much did by letting us purchase players from the marketplace in the first place. The more you don't worry about it the faster it'll come and trust me you want that chipper Jones he is a BAMF

This thread is now 16 days old, hopefully the original poster put in their 2,500 buy order at that time. If they did then they almost certainly have Diaz at this point.

I just bought Trout for 70k and change. Now I know not to wait until the playoffs to complete collections. In the Diaz line somewhere around 12.5k.

I just opened 195 packs I'd saved up, because I stopped opening them up months ago (there was nothing live series that was going to improve my roster). No Diaz, I'd say you got lucky.
Side question: Don't know if anyone would know this or how you'd figure it out...if you open a pack months later, does it draw from the current player pool or the player pool the day you received the pack into your inventory?

Lucky, I don't know about that, but maybe I am,considering that since I last replied on this thread I got another Diaz in a regular show pack. So yeah, it's possible to pull him from packs and like someone else said, if you would put your order in you'd have him by now but I didn't have to order him cuz I guess I got lucky....twice

Not talking about that. Talking about if I earn 10 packs one week, and a month later a player is called up and their card is put in the game from a roster update, if I open those 10 packs will they have a chance of pulling that new player or are the cards "assigned" to the pack at the time they're earned. Talking about new live card releases (like Diaz).

Yes, you would have a chance to pull the new player. If you earned 10 packs a month or two ago, and waited until today to open them, you would have a chance to pull cards like diaz.

Just count your lucky stars that you haven't got him yet, ever since I unlocked chipper, I've opened a [censored] ton of packs and I haven't got a single diamond player. I've got diamond equipment, and I've got diamond sponsorships, but I have not got a single diamond player since I have unlocked chipper Jones it's kind of b*******. Because there are plenty other cards out there that I don't have, I've unlocked mookie, but not Kershaw yet so I have quite a bit of cards yet to collect and I didn't have to earn them or buy them because I sure as [censored] don't get them in packs anymore
