Hitting in RS on HOF

Been struggling a lot at the dish lately. I’m an absolute grinder at this game. It’s the only video game I play and I play a lot. I go through runs where I stay away from RS and just complete everything else(Events, BR program, all the offline stuff). The one season I attempted a WS push I made it and it was rather smooth.
This season has not been smooth. I just played my 100th ranked game on the year. I am 72-28 with only 2 of those losses due to disconnects so the record is essentially mine. I have played a ton of ranked the last 3 days in hopes that it would start to click and I would start hitting better and it hasn’t happened. I am 1 game above .500 for the season, sitting at I believe 19-18 or 20-19. 98% of my games are 1-2 run games and most of them both myself and my opponent are barely hitting. For the season i am batting .217 and my opponents are batting .218 with almost identical run totals. I’ve only had a few games where I scored decent runs 8-10 and the same for my opponents.
Any tips? I have wired internet, a new LG “gaming” TV that I bought at the start of the year. I hit with Strike Zone. I go into custom practice with max fastball speeds vs guys like DeGrom and can see the ball better than some ranked games. I’m a winning player, but I need more offensive production. It’s not the cards because I have them all, it’s me. What’s your guys avg on HOF+ and what do you do?

I’ve kind of found myself at the plate recently. I’ve gone World Series every season. My opinion is don’t kill yourself overanalyzing your monitor/tv, internet and everything.
Ive found you have to find a place to start your pci where you react instinctually to the pitch. It’s probably different for everyone. For me I circle my PCI and jam it all the way to the corner of the pitchers hand then release pressure until I feel the breaking point to where it leverages itself back to the middle.
Just my opinion/observations on the matter. Good luck.

Unfortunately, I don't have any advice...I am like you and this is the only game I play. This is my first year and definitely the most I have played a game. I have stayed away from RS a lot and have done a lot off offline, Events and BR. I am in my 40's and have played a few season of ranked and would get to 700 and stop. I decided this season I would try to get the 30 wins and maybe try to get to Championship...figured I needed to push myself and play at HOF.
This season I am at 22-12 and climbed up to 789, but the games at HOF have been boring as can be to me. My last two games I lost 1-0 to guys ranked around 890. I really have no problem losing...especially if I am playing at higher levels, but neither team is hitting. One of those games I used Pedro (who I have been told I shouldn't use) and he had two hits...he threw Nolan and I had three hits. I can handle a loss to someone at almost 900 who throws Nolan, but I just get tired of those games one after another. I have played just a few ranked games this week and I can win games, but I just don't know that I have the desire to keep laying these low hit games. I know if I keep at it, I will get better...just don't know that I want to.

Take alot of pitches, find tendencies from your opponent. Like other dude said, changing starting point or even changing the look of your PCI can make a difference. Have a plan of attack. Wait on a certain pitch in a certain area and take everything else until 2 strikes

Line up the bat with the ball and swing with good timing. Works very well when you do this

I don't believe you. I'm going to have to try this method out for myself.
