Central event

I know you don't really need a strong overall bullpen in these events, just need your main one or two guys, but you can make a nasty pen using the central divisions.

Chapman, Andrew Miller, and Gossage...that's nasty before you even throw in Soto, Hader, and Reyes from the All Star TA3. Roll out Prime Dibble and that's 7 of 8 spots, wow.

Going to see a ton of outlier 4SFB and sinkers this event.
Feller, Johnson, Verlander, and maybe even Crochet for SP.
Gossage, Chapman, Dibble, Reyes, Soto out of the pen. -

Not everyone loves them but ASG Kimbrel and Hendricks aren't too shabby either. And Dotty Dan Pleasac.

Yea... That cast of characters following Verlander and Feller should be a trip.

So many good new cards to use and mix up line ups, saved doing TA so I can grind it out while doing this event.
Kinda hoping for 6inning quick counts as I find that the most enjoyable even if you get hosed in a game with 2 strike counts while losing in the last inning.

I hate quick counts with a burning passion.
I'm 5 wins from Helton so if I do have to deal with that nonsense I'll get those 5 wins as quickly as possible and skip the rest of the packs after it. Otherwise I'm excited to play the next part. -
Anyone notice they originally had “new rewards “ on the calendar for this event and when updated Tuesday that dropped off?
Wonder if it was a mistake as adding new rewards to at end of a 60 win path that part one lasted less than a week wouldn’t make sense.

I would definitely bet that a typo on the schedule is more likely than changing the same event system they had for 2 years

It was definitely either a mistake, or just unintentionally poor wording. It kept Baez’s price higher than it would’ve been for a while though.

I think they added more rewards after the 60 personally cause most people likely hit 20-25 wins so added another 20 to 25 wins for part 2 and you only have 10 to 15 wins to max out in part 3

I'd like to see them try an event with 4 inning games. That feels like the sweet spot. 3 innings can be short and hectic and sometimes 6 gets drawn out. I do like the quick counts in 6 inning games though. I think it helps with the pace of the game and has some fun strategic elements to it.

I hope they add new rewards cause I grinded like crazy to parallel guys on this one and got my 60 wins. Vlad sr, Mantle, Betts, Schwarber, Acuna

I doubt they add anything other than packs. They already have three players, one from each division, as the main rewards.

I don’t think they are going to add anything at all. They haven’t all year on multi-part events and the player base is way smaller (and playing less) now than earlier in the year.
