I was just wondering if you can earn First Inning Program stars in MTO. Im looking for something to grind stars after I get my event wins. If you can how often do you earn them?

You can. I don’t know the exact number but it’s something like 1 star for every 3 innings played in DD. MTO has a similar ratio but I would guess a little less based on my own experience.
