Pitcher Ray Caldwell had to be revived after getting hit by lightning in a game. He then got the final out after that for the complete game. That deserves a card.
Would we dare say he should get a Lightning POTM card? Too soon? (probably not)

That happened during a spring training game but speaking of all star games how about a Randy Johnson and a John Kruk ALL Star card?
